Drop shipment and special order:

Because of the large selection of factories we offer, there are various return policies and free shipping policies based on the factory’s line. Each policy is a reflection of each different manufacturer’s customer service policy.

Additionally, each manufacturer has a different drop shipment policy or program. Drop shipment and special order are not returnable and in most cases will have shipping charges.

All wholesale account applications will be reviewed as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours).
