Erico® MPLS2 10PK Caddy® - Low Voltage Double Gang Metal Mounting Retro-fit Plate with Screws. Metal drywall ring eliminates the need for an electrical box when installing low voltage class 2 wiring. The Caddy mounts to drywall from ½" to 1¼". Installation is easy, requiring only a keyhole saw and screwdriver.

If your wall is drywall and if you have an Oscillating Power Tool please check out the Qbit QS1000-D Saw blade for your Cut-Ins. Makes wire "fishing" EZ-to-mount than any standard low voltage device.
