Leviton Network Solutions' 4625A-24 IV/25 - 25-PACK - Ivory Surface-Mount Telephone Jacks, sometimes called a 'Biscuit' and 'Clamshells'. Ideal telephone connections for 1 or 2-lines. Configuration 6-Position / 4-Conductor (6P4C), these jacks are durable and EZ-to-install with screw terminals that ensure secure and reliable connections (no punch tool needed). Terminal designation shall be accomplished via color-coded leads supporting quick and simple termination. Finish and color matches Leviton's Ivory wall-plates for a consistent look throughout the home or business. Telephone jacks are supplied with mounting hardware to include 2-screws and double-sided tape. UL/CSA listed and meet FCC Part 68. Engineered and Designed in the USA / Made to high-quality Telco standards.
