OTTO Engineering's V4-11029 - NoizeBarrier® Micro Rechargeable Electronic Earplug Kit is dual-mode earplugs designed to provide you with active hearing protection, along with sound localization and detection features. The earplugs combine noise-isolating ear-tips with sound-processing electronics allowing you to remove loud noises, and focus on soft sounds. The 'Standard Mode' provides you with up to 15 dB of additional hearing protection in loud environments. The 'Hearing Mode' provides up to 5x amplification of soft sounds and allows you to detect distant noises. The earplugs are designed to provide up to 40 dB protection from loud impulse noises and provide you with active situational awareness when the sound levels permit it and are IP67-rated waterproof.
