Return and Exchanges Policy

We attempt to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on this Site; however, We do not warrant that any product, service, description, photograph, pricing or other information is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, whether on this Site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, delivering a product or service or otherwise, We reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order and obtain a refund. If the product has been received by the Buyer before issuing a refund for any error the product must be received back by the Company and inspected by US, only then the refund will be issued or the product exchanged.

In the event of receiving a defective product you must inform US within 7 business days of receiving the product. Based on the manufacturer’s warranty and Manufacturer’s Return Policy a determination of where the product shall be sent for exchange or repairs shall be determined at the discretion of the manufacturer and US and you as the customer will be informed. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for the defective product. A detailed explanation of the defect must be included in the shipping box as well as original wrapping and any return or warranty paperwork provided by us. However, discontinued products, or where the manufacturer is no longer in business or Closeout Product shall be considered an As Is Sale and Not Returnable. In the event you wish to return an item for any other reason other than it is defective you are also required to contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product. If it is determined a return is allowable under an exception then an RMA number will be issued. No return product will be accepted unless an RMA is marked on the outside of the shipping box. The Buyer is responsible for cost of Return Shipping and at the time of return all product must unused, and in original packing unmarked (as received at time of sale) including any instructions and marketing material received and MUST include a detailed written list of the reason for return and/or problem and/or defect. Such a written list is a requirement of the Manufacturers and by our company policy.
